Maine withdraw diye the 16/04 ko but avitak credit nehi hua. Payment approved dikha raha he but credit nhi hua. Me query v kiye 21/04 ko, but query v pending he. Please help.

On 16/04/2025, I draw withdrawal 546 points from my account, but still not received in my account. On 21/04/2025 , I raised a query in query section but this is still pending. Please help and refund or send money in my account.
